By Luke Osman Lazio remain keen to sign Davide Zappacosta from Chelsea but are making contingency plans should their pursuit of the wing-back fall through. It is claimed by Corriere dello Sport, as cited in a report from Calciomercato, that the Italian international is still a target for the Serie A side, who are keen to strengthen their options on the flanks this month. However, it seems there is still work to be done on both sides as Zappacosta’s future continues to come under scrutiny.
